Currently, submissions are final to maintain the integrity of the raw data. If you have a significant update or correction, we recommend submitting a new audit and mentioning that it is a revision of a previous entry.

It's a simple arithmetic mean. We sum up all the numerical ratings (from 1 to 10) provided by users and then divide by the total number of audits submitted. This gives a clear, unbiased snapshot of overall community sentiment.
